Full refunds are available if you cancel before any work has commenced or if we are unable to deliver the services agreed upon.
If a project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of the project completed. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of completed work from the total project fee.
Refunds will not be issued once a project has been completed and delivered, except in cases where the final product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
In the event of a dispute over a refund, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a mutual agreement. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be taken to mediation.
